Chef Kasz is committed to making our website, services, and booking process accessible to all guests. We strive to provide a positive experience for visitors regardless of ability, age, device, or method of access. We aim to ensure that our website is easy to navigate, readable, and compatible with common assistive technologies. We make ongoing efforts to improve accessibility features and to maintain usability across different browsers, devices, and screen sizes. Our online booking forms are designed to collect essential information without creating barriers or unnecessary steps. Guests may also book or inquire through alternative methods such as email, phone, or WhatsApp. Private chef services take place in villas, homes, or event locations selected by the client. Accessibility conditions can vary based on the property. If accessibility needs exist related to mobility, kitchen access, or event setup, guests are encouraged to communicate those needs during booking so we can plan accordingly. We work with concierges, villa managers, and Airbnb hosts when needed to support access and logistics. This may include gate codes, parking, elevator access, loading paths, or kitchen readiness. When accessibility accommodations are required, coordination may take place through the concierge or host when available. Our services include personalized menus and dietary accommodations when requested in advance. Guests are encouraged to share dietary restrictions or allergies to ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience. We understand that many guests include family members or older adults. We encourage clients to share mobility or comfort considerations in advance so dining and service arrangements can be tailored to the group’s needs. Adjustments to pacing, seating, access, and communication can be accommodated with notice. Our services and communication are available in English and Spanish. Guests may make requests, ask questions, or coordinate accommodations in either language. Written communication and booking forms may be provided in English or Spanish upon request. We welcome questions, feedback, or accommodation requests related to accessibility.
