Cancellation Policy
Booking & Confirmation: All experiences are booked by request. Once details are confirmed, a customized quote will be provided. A booking is secured only after written confirmation and receipt of the agreed deposit. Pricing is customized based on menu design, guest count, length of service, and location. Final pricing will be confirmed prior to the event. A deposit may be required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due prior to or on the day of service. Payment details will be shared at the time of booking. Cancellations or significant changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable within this window due to menu planning and ingredient sourcing. Services are available throughout Puerto Vallarta and the greater Banderas Bay region. Travel fees may apply for locations outside central Puerto Vallarta. Dietary restrictions and allergies must be communicated in advance so menus can be designed accordingly.
