About Chef Kasz

Chef Kasz was born in Mexico City and raised in Guerrero, where his connection to food began early and at home. He went on to train in some of the most respected kitchens in Los Angeles, CA.,working his way up from a dishwasher to pasta chef at a Michelin-star restaurant.

Guided by instinct, attention to flavor, and a deep connection to the food he prepares, Chef Kasz draws on decades of professional kitchen experience to inform each decision at the stove. His cooking is shaped by a commitment to the highest quality ingredients, resulting in thoughtfully curated menus that satisfy cravings and reflect flavors inspired by cultures from around the world.
